How long does shipping take?

Do you ship outside of Canada?
We currently ship across Canada. International shipping is coming soon.

What are your products made from?
All Birchpaw products are selected for quality and safety. Our lick mats and feeders are made from non-toxic, food-grade silicone. Full material details are listed on each product page.

How do I clean the lick mat and slow feeder?
Both are dishwasher safe. Top rack recommended.
