Shipping policy

At BirchPaw, we want your order to arrive as quickly as possible so your dog can enjoy their new essentials.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery across Canada typically takes 7–12 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping Delays
Occasionally delays can occur due to customs processing or carrier volumes outside of our control. If your order is taking longer than expected please don't hesitate to contact us and we'll look into it right away.

Lost or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within 20 days of your shipping confirmation email, contact us at info@oakandstonecommerce.com and we will make it right.
